Novel packaging architecture for Li-ion battery technology through licensing.

Cadenza Innovation is licensing its technology to allow immediate access to its patented low-cost, high safety and high energy density lithium-ion battery solution. The technology leverages mature and established global supply chains for electrochemical units to be inserted into highly engineered housing which can be sealed in a lightweight aluminium can. The Company has signed a strategic cooperation contract with BAK Power Battery Co to introduce the “supercell” platform to China and also secured a manufacturing license with Energy Renaissance in Australia - another Scale Investors portfolio company.
