Susan is an experienced chairman and company director serving on the boards of major Australian listed companies. Her current appointments are Director of CNPR, Independent member of the Investment Committee for IFM investors, and on the board of the Melbourne Theatre Company. She is an entrepreneur and co-investor in two software systems. Susan has extensive experience in technology commercialisation, policy development and strategy consulting. She has contributed significantly to the innovation, IT and arts policy agendas in Australia and was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2001 for service to Australian society in Business.

Sean is Chief Operating Officer of PwC Australia, overseeing Investments, Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk, and OGC. Within Deals, Sean is responsible for transaction advice, specifically in the financial services and private equity industries as part of PwC’s global Deals business. The Deals team provides expert advice to Australian and international clients pursuing complex deals and financing objectives. Clients include leading global private equity and venture capital clients. Sean is also a member of the UNSW Business School Advisory Council and a member of the TOP education council.
LYNNE THORNTON, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
Lynne is an experienced investor and entrepreneur. Lynne has co-founded four businesses across different sectors, based both in Europe and Australia. She co-founded Aubrey Capital Management, a global equities boutique based in the UK and Australia. At Aubrey, Lynne was a Director and on the Board’s Investment Committee. She has specialist investment expertise in the consumer sector in Asia and the US. Prior to starting her career in Funds Management in 2002 with Colonial First State, Lynne held management roles in the industrial and consumer sectors in both Europe and North America. Lynne is currently working on two start-ups, is a Scale Angel and board member and is also on the board of FirstStep, Scale’s first fintech investment.

Catherine is an accomplished entrepreneur and award winning financial adviser. She is the founder of successful financial service business Affinity Private. Catherine is the deputy chair of Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited, and chairs the Board Investment Committee. She is a member of the Board Risk Committee and HR, Remuneration and Nominations Committee for the ASX listed entity EQT Holdings Limited. Catherine has a regular Money Brain column in The Age and Sydney Morning Herald, hosts the weekly women’s leadership podcast Success Stories by The Constant Investor and appears each fortnight on ABC National Radio.
JUDITH SMITH, NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

Judith has a number of non-executive board roles and sits on the boards of Universal Biosensors Inc, Acorn Investment Capital Fund Ltd, LUCRF, SAVCF as well as membership of the IFM Investment Committee and director of Funds SA. Judith’s executive career was focused on funds management encompassing both listed and private equities, infrastructure, debt, investment strategy setting and asset allocation. Judith’s most recent executive role was Head of Private Equity with IFM Investors, chairing the Risk Committee and was deputy chair of the Investment Committee. During this period Judith served on the AVCAL Board for 7 years, and in 2014 was awarded AVCAL’s Lifetime Achievement Award
LYNDA COKER, DIRECTOR.

Lynda is a chartered accountant with 18 years of working in Financial Services and as a corporate finance advisor to both financial institutions and private equity. She has significant experience of working with Government and regulators during the financial crisis in the U.K. and was involved in authoring the 2014 Financial System Inquiry report to Commonwealth Treasury, Australia. Currently a FinTech startup mentor, and an advisor to FinTech companies on product/market fit, business model, regulation, go-to-market strategy, valuation and capital raising. She sits on several FinTech company Advisory Boards and was a judge for the 2017 FinTech Australia awards. Lynda is also a Non-Executive Director for The Studio.
